  • Road, Sewer and External Works Design

Protech has extensive experience of road and sewer design for (section 38 and 104 approval) as well as external works design. Our designs are developer friendly, innovative, functional and economic.

  • Technical and Project Management

Now Protech's core activity. Efficient Project Management ensures the delivery of the highest quality schemes to strict budgets and tight deadlines.

Our approach to Project Management is guaranteed through the use of PRINCE2 methodology. PRINCE2 is recognised as a world-class international product and is the standard method for project management.

Many organisations are employing the skills and services of external suppliers, working alongside in-house resources, to enhance their ability to deliver successful projects. PRINCE2 provides a mechanism to harness these resources and enable the team to integrate and work together effectively on a project.

  • EcoHomes/Code for Sustainable Homes

Protech will liaise with the Assessor to ensure the best interests of the developer, whilst still complying with the requirements of the Code. Additionally, we will help to compile the huge amount of information required to support the submission.

  • Statutory Services

Be it a pre-acquisition budget enquiry or a full utility scheme and quotation for a forthcoming site, Protech can help.

We will make enquiries on your behalf, addressing any particular requirements you may have. Competitive quotations are assessed in order to provide like for like comparisons.

  • Completed site adoptions

Protech takes the emphasis off the developer and manages the adoption process to conclusion. Typically, we will meet and liaise with the adopting authority and agree any remedial work to be undertaken. We will obtain and vet quotations from contractors, manage and supervise the work.

  • CAD bureau

From a simple construction detail to a coordinated service plan, or perhaps a sketched Development Layout that requires converting to CAD, Protech would be happy to discuss your requirements.
